Whilst I have always found your company easy to deal with, I was very disappointed that at my recent renewal the premium had increased by 44% and it wasn’t until I queried it that I was given any form of explanation. Even then, the only explanation was the pandemic, although I fail to see how that could result in an increase in house insurance claims and premiums.
