I have been using UK Insurance Net for over 5 years and always found the advisors to be helpful. They have tried to get me a reasonable quotation for my home insurance, despite the rising prices. When the advisor has agreed to phone back with more information he/she has always done so, without my having to call again, which is good customer service. I also receive reminder emails which I find useful.
