I applied for a loan with this company and was accepted, I have paid the guts of £1000 in fees , the final payment was on Wednesday of this week and I was assured that my loan would be in my account that day, it wasn’t and when I messaged and emailed them I got no response, my messages have gone unread , I need this loan, I have debts that I need to pay off and I can’t , I tolerated the loan advisor I dealt with, rudeness because I needed this money so badly, the fact that they haven’t got the common courtesy to respond to my messages and emails is just awful, I can’t work anymore because of long term disability, a one star review is being generous
