Do not recommend. This company called my elderly grandparents saying the NHS gave them their number (which is not allowed due to GDPR). They then proceeded to convince them to purchase far more than they requested a quote for. Initially they asked for a fall monitoring alarm, they ended up agreeing to a new alarm system (despite their alarm system being fit for purpose)and a monitored fire and flood system (they do not live in an area that has ever flooded and there is no open water nearby). They were told that legislation is changing and their house alarm would need to be monitored which is false. They asked for time to think about it and were given 30 minutes to make a decision, whilst the rep was sat there with them. The rep did not survey the house for the alarm system and sold them a standard system, wrote down their bank details, signed them up to a 5 year contract and booked the install for the next day. They had no paperwork to confirm their purchase, no contact details for the rep, no idea what would actually be installed equipment wise and were left unsure as to whether they'd done the right thing. Hard sales techniques were used to ensure a large sum of money would be handed over, thankfully we spoke to my grandparents in time.
