I ordered the shirt 19 days (nearly 3 weeks) before it was required for a stag do. The normal turnaround time is 2 weeks and the busy period turnaround is 28 days. I don't believe it to be a busy period at the moment (Euros are over and the new season is yet to start) so I believe my order was late. When I highlighted the urgency of my order to the customer service team, no priority was given, at least 2 emails were not responded to and I was generally left not knowing what was going on. A really disappointing service and still haven’t had a response to my last email.
