Faulty (or suspected counterfeit) product was sent and no less than 3 messages were emailed to them, which were completely ignored. I was quite happy to exchange/refund, but have had to submit a chargeback for the order as they have clearly refused to communicate (let alone rectify the problem). It would be too late for them to see this review and bother responding now, as the claim is in progress. Very poor way to conduct business.
UPDATE:
Chargeback was successful and my credit card company has refunded the full amount. I was quite happy to send the shirt back to UKSS for exchange/refund, but now they get nothing! It's an example of how poor customer service can cost you money. People have other courses of action they can use, so it is silly for a company to think they can simply ignore people and pocket the money.
