I Made an order on Saturday night for a personalized shirt and realized the name was incorrect I amended it on Sunday at 5 AM, while the order status was still displaying as NOT PRINTED, using the amending system provided by their website, which is supposed to be the best and quickest way to reach them, but they didn't even check and printed and sent the shirt with the wrong name. What is the point of showing the order status? What is the point of giving an amending option embedded in the same order system if you do not check it? What is the meaning of efficiency for this company? Rushing a delivery or giving a good and safe service? These shirts are not cheap. I wrote a complaint only to be answered 2 days later. Such efficiency there I see. I strongly advise using a different website.
