Bait and switch. No apology. No attempt to fix. No integrity or customer service from what I can tell. Read on...
I ordered a soccer jersey for my son, and I needed it by a certain day. When I ordered, it said the item was in stock, and would take 2-3 days to arrive if I paid extra for expedited delivery. I did that, but I was extremely chagrined to find that 3 days later, the status of my order was marked as "printing." Realizing that I would not get the shirt in time, I emailed a high priority request to cancel the order. I received a confirmation it was received, but no response. Concerned, I emailed again 2 days later. No response. 2 days later I get an email that says it was already shipped and mailed. I emailed back that this was unacceptable - I don't want it and don't feel I should have to pay for it. (I already had to buy my son a jersey elsewhere.) They didn't apologize or give me any options to return. I said that I would contact my credit card for resolution (I know they stand by me), and the person who responded said that would be fraud. Can you believe it?
