UKSoccerShop claim to have a returns policy, if the item is unused and has the tags intact. However, good luck if you actually try to return anything - the modus operandi appears to be to accept the request, ignore it completely and then close the window for returns. I'm no longer convinced the company is entirely legitimate - it certainly isn't accountable for honest return requests.
