Ordered a football shirt in August. Got sent the wrong size. I returned the item immediately for exchange for a larger size. By the middle of September I was alarmed that they hadn't replied to my email asking for a update. I then went onto review sites and read about how bad they are. The same was on their social media sites. Nothing but complaints. I opened a claim on PayPal for a refund. As soon as I did that, they sent me a email saying that they couldn't process the order whilst I had a PayPal claim against them and they said that the order was ready for delivery to me. So like a fool, I believed them. This was on October 1st. Since then I've heard nothing, no email replies or replies to my messages on their social media site. If I had known about how bad they were I would never of ordered from them in the 1st place. Its shocking to me that they can still trade despite the fact that they are obviously fraudulent. I will now have to look into taking legal action to get my money back. My advice to those who read this is DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM UK SOCCER SHOP...you will regret it. I've uploaded a screenshot from there website which claims that they respond to emails within 24 hrs! Haha they are unbelievable.
