Ruined Christmas for my son! Promised delivery by 12/24 in time for Christmas. It was being shipped to a vacation address. 12/24 tracking says will be 12/26. 12/26 tracking shows "leaving sort facility" 12/24 with no update for 25,26,27. 12/28 tracking shows "delivery access not available."
I leave the morning of 29th and the package is delivered after I left. So there it sits while I'm across the country.
