I purchased 3 items from them. 1 arrived in good time, the next day I got an email saying that due to stock problems they couldn’t get me the other 2 items & they were on back order, which I excepted. 2 weeks later I emailed to enquire as I thought that was sufficient time to wait. I was told that they still weren’t in stock & don’t know when they would be in, this email was by someone called biju who said I could cancel & be refunded for the 2 items, so I confirmed this & waited the 3-5 working days that biju said it would be as he also confirmed he had initiated the payment. The order was cancelled on 17th April. I’m writing this review 11th of may still not refunded & now my last 3 emails to them are being ignored. I was patient with them but now iv decided the only action left is to contact trading standards. Needless to say should I ever receive my refund from them I shall never use this sight ever again..
