Very poor service. I ordered a shirt two weeks before lockdown begun, and paid the extra for it to be delivered within 5 working days! 9 weeks later the shirt finally arrived! During those 9 weeks, the customer service number wasn’t connecting, emails (that were being responded to) was the generic “your order is in transit”. After 7.5 weeks, I logged back in to see my order had disappeared and there was no tracking number in order for me to use. I subsequently called the bank and they completed a charge back within 10 days. During that period, the shirt arrived with a very rude email from Simon who called me fraudulent. I asked for a discount only to be told when the charge back is reversed, we can then work something out. Since the reversal of the charge back, we’ve gone back to radio silence. Simon is no longer contactable. He gave a poor response blaming lockdown for the delay. The truth is that it was ordered 14 days prior with a 5 day delivery slot, if they were unable to print a shirt in time then this should’ve been communicated on the website. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
