I’m Right, This Review About This Company, I sent some money to my family from my bank to his bank so he was expecting the money in four days, but this company me inform me today that they canceled the transaction because they needed to know my identity and I told him well you should’ve told me at the time of the transaction but they claim they send me an email which they send it later after the transaction so I was waiting and waiting for my family to get the money which they never got because the transaction was canceled by this company and I wasn’t aware of it, and when I called them I spoke to supervisor his name is Anthony he was very rude. Very defensive. I asked him to cancel the transaction and he said yes we’re gonna cancel the transaction but it’s gonna take 5 to 7 days for you to get your money even though they cancel the transaction. I have to wait 5 to 7 days for them to get my money back, I think I should get my money back if that transaction was canceled because they needed my bank statement a picture of my ID selfie with my ID even though I have sent money before from this company to my family. Be aware of this company if you send money, they’ll take the money out of your bank and they’ll make you wait 5 to 7 days to refund your money they make your family up to five days to receive the money just be aware of this company is not a GOOD COMPANY!!!!!!!!
