I have called more than 1000 times and my 2 phone numbers have been blocked and I have sent more than 100 emails and no one has resolved anything so far. They just tell me to wait. They do not honor the promotions and do not let me return the purchases and I have several boxes in the middle of my living room for 5 months. I am having a loss and it is affecting me emotionally. I spent more than $10 thousand and I cannot do anything with the products until it is resolved.
