I now want a full refund to my bank account as the lack of customer service is actually ridiculous. I have tried to resolve this issue near enough 10 times, to be left with no response. Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Completely incompetent, almost like they don't even really read your message but just hit the send button with a generic response. This broker cost me both money and valuable relationships.Be careful this is even crueler than casinos.
