For instance I needed to contact the support team, which was great and helpful by the way, regarding the payment procedure. As you know they process payments through Deel platform, but if you have used this platform you know there are some technicalities like signing an agreement and stuff, so I needed this thing to be cleared out for me before I decided to start trading.
