I bought an iphone 11 pro a month ago with 1 year of warranty. I damaged it and the warranty should cover, just after the damage they told me they are not able to fix it because it's my fault, so what's the sense of the warranty??? So just after sending a complaint they sent me a document about this fake warranty that doesn't cover anything, but on the website when you buy it says ' Yes! Your warranty period starts from the date of purchase and will be in place for 12 months. During this period we will repair your item, if a repair is not possible we will replace the product for you.' and plus after the order they don't sand you any confirmation of warranty or documentation. They lie on the website and after the purchase, after my complain, they told me that warranty don't cover any personal damage. This is a big lie on your website and you don't even explain after purchase about your fake warranty.
