So far I am very impressed with the company, the service and the product. I was leery at first and unsure of what I was paying for. My first product came out flawless and now I am in the middle of round two. I am pretty sure that the few negative reviews I found circulating the web were from rival companies just trying to ruin the reputation. Great job so far. It would be great if there was an online option to leave a gratuity for a writer that does a great job. The manual invoice is more time consuming and probably less considered because it is not known about. Keep up the great job!
