I had an order that was canceled by ULTIUS staff. When Sara came on for her shift, she was very compassionate and competent compared to the prior staff that was cold and uncaring. Sara stayed in frequent contact via text or call. Never once did she treat me as an inconvenience. She was willing to answer any question and resolve a life changing event before me. This assignment was going to get a zero if it was late which meant failing the class. My family is counting on me to pass these classes which are extremely demanding, and expensive. I have been out of school due to multiple surgeries and have been out of the loop, and finding writing papers very difficult. Sara knew none of this, she is an exemplary employee. Never rushed me off the phone, never once spoke unkindly to me. She is able to understand a problem situation and deliver outstanding results. Thank you Sara very much.
