I love using the platform. It is very user-friendly, they have a ton of useful features and account types to choose from, customer service was quick in responding to my questions - what more could I ask for? However, some video tutorials would be helpful as it can get kind of confusing sometimes figuring out how things work on such an innovative website. Also keep looking into improving your web design because at times I feel like you are not utilizing all available space and resources online which makes everything look dull!
