Required a replacement keyboard for a laptop. All the ones available were without the frame, which makes the repair awkward. Contacted Una technology and spoke to a very polite gentleman who checked and double checked whether the one he had in stock came supplied with the frame. He rang me back within 5 minutes, confirmed it did come with the frame (which was the cheapest price I had seen, even cheaper than ones without the frame)
I then purchased the item and it arrived the very next day, which is impressive considering i purchased the item at 4:45pm.
