Left a message to which they called back in 20 minutes. Received a confirmation email minutes later. Parts turned up morning of next day, and received a text msg from the courier (UK Mail) letting me know the 1 hour window my parcel would be delivered. Contrast that with ODSI who were the cheapest but whose service was woeful (pretty much nonexistent), and CCL Computers who's website couldn't process payment and couldn't take a payment £421 over the phone because it was the first time I'd used them.
