Una bent over backwards to help me out with my purchase. I needed some barcode scanners for a trade show. I ordered late on Thursday and they managed to ship Thursday for me. FedEx then tried to deliver Friday and the lady in our office was out to get her lunch so they couldn't deliver. Una then rang me letting me know they hadn't been able to deliver and tried to get the driver back. FedEx couldn't go back but they arranged for me to pickup from the depot. They emailed the depot details etc. I couldn't fault the service at all. I would defiantly recommend.
