Can of compressed air ordered. Four Brother ink cartridges received, despite packing slip
being correct. When company advised of this we were told the courier would collect and
he would ring to confirm pick up time. He did not, hence we were out, necessitating a further
phone call to arrange pickup of unwanted items and to obtain our simple original order.. Eventually sorted after unnecessary work on our part. As first time customers
we were distinctly unimpressed with UNA`s slipshod organisation.
