The person who I dealt with, who helped me with my order, was extremely professional & helpful and went out of his way to help me! He had good technical knowledge also! There were issues with regards to the new motherboard I ordered, where the manufacturers had stopped fitting an old ide socket, and had not notified them, the gentleman in question, went out of his way to spec a new motherboard, that suited my requirements, processor and ram, and liaised with the distribution warehouse, where I was at the time, an hour and a half drive away, to urgently collect the parts for a new project, and solved my issue there and then! The staff at the warehouse in question were also extremely professional!
