I had ordered a USA cable with a docking station by mistake & didn't realise. John Burns emailed me after i had placed the order (online) letting me know i had ordered a USA cable & if i had meant to. John switched the USA cable with a UK one, refunded the difference & got it shipped to me. I received the correct goods within 2 working days of placing the order even though i had messed up - without having to change anything on the order myself. John sorted eveyrthing.
