Like many people, I had never heard of Una Technology before. So I approached them with caution. And at every stage, they were very impressive and put my mind at rest. I purchased a QNAP NAS drive from them. During my research, I contacted their online chat help - they answered all my queries swiftly. I satisfied myself that they were legit and the NAS drive arrived the next day (before 8.30am). I would really recommend these guys - they were considerably cheaper than the competition and however they are doing it - they are doing it well. Will use them again.
