Ordered a wireless LAN kit (wlan card, 2x cables, 2x antennas, fittings) from Una, order arrived quite quickly but only 1 antenna was in the box. Sent them an email and took them a week to get back to me. I then requested a refund as I didn’t need it anymore, someone came and collected the item on Friday, a week on Tuesday and still haven’t heard back from them about the refund, chased them down with an email and finally got the refund.
Very poor and slow customer service, would not recommend
