Very lackadaisical service I'm giving three stars because the mattress itself is comfortable and well made, but the customer service is very inadequate. I was told the mattress would arrive in 4 weeks so after 6 weeks I rang . It took numerous phone calls and chat conversations. Each time staff assured me the mattress would arrive soon. After more than 11 weeks wait it eventually arrived, but not all on the same day. Some of the packaging was overstuffed and burst. There were no directions about assembling the mattress and I had to search online for them. After all the delays the staff offered me a free pillow as compensation. That was 5 weeks ago, and surprise surprise, no pillow has arrived.
