Love the concept of the Una mattress. So simple and well designed and love all the organic credentials. Have an Una mattress for both of my children. Unfortunately me and my husband found the mattress we bought for us too firm. We were offered an exchange to an extra soft layer, which was appreciated, but at additional delivery cost. Wasn't overly keen to pay extra for an already expensive mattress, so decided to return.
