I am an absolute beginner climber. I have never touched a hold or a wall. I am currently building a wall and Todd took my phone call and provided me with all the informaiton that I needed. He was very thorough. Not only that, my builder and I have been using Todd's building a wall info that is available on the website and have found this so helpful.
