Ordered a pair of tennis rackets from this company on Amazon, but only after I ordered I was provided with delivery information, that they would arrive in 2 weeks. This isn't an issue in itself, but I needed tennis rackets within one week. I contacted Unibos on the same day I ordered the item, stating I would like to cancel the order. I received this response the next day: "Dear Customer, Thank you for your email. We have received your email one of our team member will reply you soon please wait for our response. Kind Regard" When a company uses poor grammar when speaking to their customers, you know they're unprofessional and to be wary of. I received no response and by this time the item was already dispatched. I could then only request to return the item. I requested a return and received a reply the next day from a supposed 'Charlotte', who said because the order is confirmed, they're "unable to amend or cancel the order once it is confirmed". This isn't true as I have amended my order from different Amazon sellers many times in the past after it was confirmed. Not only that, but next to "Charlotte's" name at the end of the response was a little section: [e-mail address removed]. The company seems to be trying to avoid dealing with the problems they've created at all cost. I have only bought one (and last) item from this seller on Amazon and I have experienced more issues than with my last 15 sellers combined. AVOID this company at all costs.
