Where do I start?
The clothes/photos are heavily filtered and so the colour is sooo different from the actual garment in real life and it's sooooo frustrating.
I ordered from them several years ago as I was a local and like to support local businesses. The customer service is a Joke! I really wanted a sold out blouse and CU said that I could buy the one the model Bee wore on the photo-shoot at a small discount and so I said yes! it had stains, it smelt like straight up mould ( no exaggeration) it was putrid! I contacted them and they were so rude and after they FINALLY agreed that I could send it back they refused to pay for the $30ish postage and of course they do not offer refunds . This was one of many issues I had with them so I stopped buying CU ( Like many other ladies I know).
So recently I gave them another go as I love some of their pieces and assumed that the customer service would now be good. It's NOT, it's just as bad!! Rude, dismissive, they LIED even though I had the evidence/proof. I ordered a black ,sheer silk blouse and received a blue NON SHEER blouse that was COMPLETELY different to the photos shown!!!!! after waiting MANY weeks for it and it was not the same I was so upset and contacted them immediately and they denied it all, said it was the same and made me pay once again for return postage only to receive a credit note and not a refund.
This is just a couple of examples, I've had several negative incidences with Chasing Unicorns. I can't believe they are still in business !!!!!!!!!!!
