I ordered a pressure washer on a Tuesday over the phone and paid by card and was told it would arrive the following Thursday,no delivery.
Rang up on the Friday and was told it would be delivered same day, no delivery.
Rang up the following Monday was again told it would be delivered that same day, no delivery.
During this period i sent several emails all of which were not answered.
I have now emailed them to cancel the order and refund me, as yet no reply so it looks like i will have to take matters further.
