Prompt delivery, no parts missing. Didn't find the instructions particularly difficult as some reviews had stated. Only used the lance so far and it worked a treat on my patio and guttering, the latter desperately needing attention. Very powerful and cheaper than a Karcher. My K2 was quite disappointing, hence my purchase of the Wilks, which is not only cheaper but more powerful than the K4 which i considered. Plus a wider range of attachments. So far i can't fault it and am very happy with my purchase.
