Everything was wrong about my online order. Ordered on the 3rd of Dec, dispatched only on the 23rd of Dec (I found out this from Hermes as Uniqlo do not update order status at all).
My package with 2 Christmas present was delivered on Christmas eve (miracle!) only unfortunately it was left on my door step opened with half of the order!
Obviously Hermes people stole my husbands coat but now Uniqlo is taking their time with dealing with my claim.
I will go to credit card company of not hear back from them within another week or won't get their refund promptly.
Never again will buy from them online
