returned 2 items they declined to refund my money. My emails are clearly showing that I bought them and they were sent by mail to uniqlo. They made a mistake and didn't process the refund and when I claimed it they asked me for proof. They probably lost the return letter themselves. Once I sent it I didn't have the return letter anymore and each item was written on it. I keep emailing to Uniqlo and they ignore my email. I sent an email on November 23 of 2020 and another one on February 10 of 2021 but haven't received a response. I wanted to write a review here to warn people so they won't lose their money like I did because of uniqlo's mistake. I never expected such horrible treatment. I am very disappointed with them.
