Horrible customer service and policy!!!!!!!!! Ordered a coat. When delivered I try on for fit. It was the right size so I took the tags off. The next day I put it on and in the mirror I noticed a seeing defect that made an indent in the zipper area making the coat not smooth all the way down. I texted customer support. I got Wendel and went back and forth with him and he said he had to escalate my compliant and would get a response within a few days. But the same day, I received an email from Wendel stating that they regret that can’t do anything about. I responded again to ask them to do the right thing. Again, “we regret….” BS. Mind you, the coat was unworn and still NEW! So I made a complaint with my bank. They sided with me and refund the full transaction. There are too many REPUTABLE, CARING companies that actually care about their customers. They will never get my money again and I will tell everyone I know not to shop with them.
Dive-in on the web. You can find a lot of horrible reviews but conveniently Google reviews are nowhere. Doesn’t take a genius to understand why!!!!
