Missing product in online purchase
I have not received the product as you see in the picture provided.
After purchasing products online and offline that cost around Rs.15000 do you think I would lie about a missing product that cost me Rs.990?
Inspite of providing all the necessary proofs if you are unable to process the refund or send the missing item it's an extremely poor customer service that you're providing. It's a shame.
Not that it would make any difference to your brand but I would make sure not to purchase a single product again from Uniqlo if that's how you solve your customers problems.
