I am so upset by thew treatment I received in the Oxford store. I was returning a jumper I had bought my husband for Christmas. The jumper was unworn, in perfect condition and we had the receipt as you can clearly see from the attached photos. Despite this, I was refused an exchange as I had removed the price (due to it being a Christmas present). This is a rule I have NEVER come across before- . We were ready to exchange the jumper for goods in excess of the receipt amount and were therefore ready to spend more in the shop. As a result of this rule we are left with a £70 jumper which we are unable to exchange.
