I love Uniqlo's products, but their customer service is a true disaster. I returned some items from an order and received confirmation that the package was received in the Uniqlo warehouse. No refund appeared on my account. It took me two (very long) phone calls (and several weeks) to eventually learn that the refund had failed. (No one from Uniqlo informed me of this before I called.) It wasn't until my fourth phone call and my insistence that I speak to a manager that I learned that the refund had failed multiple times as a result of a technical error on Uniqlo's end. Then, in my FIFTH phone call, I learned that this technical error had been logged already a week prior to that fifth phone call, yet nothing had been resolved. All the "supervisor" could do was "reach out" to that department.
Before realizing that the refund for my first order was going to be such a mess, I ordered some replacement items and requested in-store pickup. I was never notified that the items were available in the store, and approximately 10 days after I placed the order I (ironically) received a credit on my account for the new order. After two phone calls to customer service, I was able to discover that the items were never logged in at the store and were sent back to the warehouse.
