I ordered $104 worth of clothing (6 items) and I received one package with only two items. I gave them two weeks to deliver the rest because of the whole COVID-19 situation. I finally emailed customer care and they said it was delivered through USPS, but then said it was FedEx,their mistake. I used the tracking number on the FedEx website and it showed that the package was left outside my door. FedEx didn't knock or ring the doorbell. I did not leave my house that day because of self-quarantine. My package was stolen and i=I notified Uniqlo. They said they could not reimburse me or send me another shipment because it was considered a "successful delivery" to them. How cruel! $80 worth of clothes gone. Uniqlo does NOT care about their customers.
