The case protector that I bought was of excellent quality. However, the instructions of how to open and fit the case to my tablet was inside the case ! I had great difficulty with trying to open it to get the instructions and contacted the company for help. All they kept offering me was to return the product. Clearly they had no idea either. I managed eventually without breaking or damaging the case, but putting the fitting instructions in the case was absolutely ridiculous.
