I was emailed confirmation that my order was being shipped via Royal Mail 48 delivery, however, after 3 working days it hadn't arrived, on the fourth day I received an email from you saying Royal Mail had a problem with the package and asked me if you could send out a replacement order to which I said yes and I received it 3 working days later. I would be happy to use your company again in the future and I'm pleased with my purchase. Thank you for informing me about the problem and dealing with it, but may I suggest like other companies, that you send out tracking details when shipping is confirmed so that your customers can also see where the parcels are for their peace of mind, so they don't assume the worst that either it's not been sent, delivered to the wrong address or, as in this case down to the delivery provider.
