I ordered 6 384 batteries but was sent 6 364 ones. I rang them and was asked to send a screen dump picture of the batteries in their pack next to the label on the bag they came in showing the order number. They messaged me to say they had despatched the correct batteries which arrived and were the right ones. So not perfect but they corrected the problem quickly. The correct batteries are good and as expected.
