I was sent the wrong charger cable.
The one I received was for the Apple SE 20 iPhone and others with the lightning connection, my model is 2017 vintage and quite different.
I didn’t return it, I gave it away to a person who’d make use of it, paying the return etc wasn’t worth the effort.
I’m a little disappointed, but perhaps the mistake was mine in not ordering the correct cable, I can’t really say?
I’ll try and find one in the traditional over-the-counter way.
