AN ABSOLUTE EMBARRASSMENT! Come home to receive two parcels! Even though I only ordered one polo shirt. One parcel was for another customer showing there personal details, name, address and mobile number on the invoice! Think you’ve broken DPA, confidentiality and GDPR!! It had my address on the front of the parcel but when I opened the parcel it showed a different name and two items I HAD NOT ORDERED! Clearly this means you have another customer which has not received there two items!! My second parcel was a polo shirt which I ACTUALLY ORDERED however the pictures online looked very different! YOU ALSO DID NOT INCLUDE TWO RETURN FORMS WHICH MEANS I HAVE TO NOW DOWNLOAD, PRINT OUT AND PAY FOR THE POSTAGE ON TWO PARCELS! AND THEN ENDED UP PAYING TO DELIVER A PARCEL FOR ANOTHER CUSTOMER - A PARCEL THAT WASNT EVEN MINE! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND YOUR BUSINESS! I SENT BACK MY PARCEL ON THURSDAY THE 30th NOVEMBER, SPECIAL DAY DELIVERY SO MY PARCEL SHOULD HAVE REACHED YOU ON THE 1ST DECEMBER REFUND MY MONEY ASAP!
