When asked for a carpet quote,we were told to draw a plan and measure the bedroom ourselves and bring it into the shop. This would help them out and save them time!!!
If the staffs response would have been professional, we were buying 4 carpets.
Lucky escape for us. Wouldn't entertain going here ever and have told family and friends.
