I needed two new tracks for my skid steer so I called Case. they did not have any but said they would call some other stores and get back with me. I never heard from them so I call ed a second time. He said he would check on it and get back with me. I never have heard from them Too bad for them! When I got on United's web page to look at their tracks, a window popped up asking if they could help . I asked them to call and within 5 minutes I was contacted. The rep helped me identify the size and type of track and I ordered two right then. This was on a Friday and my tracks were delivered to my ranch on the following Tuesday. I have put them on and they look great. I really liked how fast and efficient they got these tracks to me. They even covered the shipping. Totally recommend them!
